New Year's resolutions and new green pearls

Eat healthier, exercise more and be less stressed – do you have New Year’s resolutions? There is one New Year's resolution, which we are happy to attend again this year: Veganuary!

Veganuary is a nonprofit organization and campaign that encourages people around the world to eat a purely plant-based diet in January. You can register online for free to get lots of tips and recipes. You also find a lot of inspiration on Instagram at #veganuary.

A purely plant-based diet helps to protect the environment, has a positive impact on our climate, saves animals and is also good for our health. Apart from that, vegan food is simply delicious! “How delicious?” you may ask? Our two vegan hotels Bio-Agrivilla i pini and Biotiquehotel LA VIMEA show their guests every day. Perhaps you would even like to eat plant-based long after the 30 days? Just give it a try!

We are pleased that we can not only count hotels among our green pearls that always have a purely vegan offer, but that other hotels are also part of the Veganuary, such as the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA in Bad Herrenalb. Following the principle of the "planetary health diet", the Selfnesshotel has been offering creative vegan and vegetarian dishes for many years, à la carte as well as at the "Zero Waste Breakfast Buffet". You will also find vegan products in the bathrooms and in the wellness area – and of course well beyond January.

At Gili Lankanfushi on the Maldives, you can book a vegan experience in the Organic Garden with Chef Hari. Taste the freshness of exotic herbs, homegrown rocket and beach lettuce, then pick pomegranates and bananas.

Whether in Keemala in Thailand, in the Naturhotel Outside in East Tyrol, in the Strandhotel Kurhotel Juist on the North Sea island Juist or in the organic children's and family hotel Gut Nisorf – in many of our hotels you can also have vegan meals if you wish. By the way: Refugium Lindenwirt is now a member of Vegan Welcome and you can always enjoy regional and purely plant-based dishes at the hotel in the Bavarian Forest.
