The Agritourisme Locanda Mistral is located in the idyllic village Ponte Maira, at the valley head of the Maira Valley on 1,400 metro height. A dessert from the Occitan tradition

The “Martin sec” pear grows in the Valle Maira and is ideal for cooking and as a refinement of classic cuisine. Raw it is practically inedible.

The Zabaglione is a sweet, frothy cream, the Locanda Mistral makes it from egg yolk, sugar and wine or liqueur wine (sweet wine).
