Maamendhoo School
Six Senses Laamu actively supports the Maamendhoo School, which is located on the neighboring island of Maamendhoo.
The resort provides the school with goods and expertise. Additionally, the school invites Six Senses Laamu to participate in activities and the resort reciprocates and invites the school to participate in resort activities.
On June 21, 2014, Six Senses Laamu celebrated International Surfers Day and invited students from Maamendhoo School to join in the celebration. Students and surfers gathered for a beach barbecue and then watched an educational surfing movie.
