Tongsai Bay: Green Product

Even though it is merely a small part of the whole society and Samui community, we all strongly hope that Tongsai’s staff would apply Green Project’s practices and guidelines to their own households and disseminate them for wider usage.

To cut back on harsh cleaners, Tongsai Bay created their own mirror cleaning solution. Formulated from pineapple EM (Effective Microorganism), baking soda, water, and vinegar - the result is a clean, streak free mirror.

Plastic, particularly proper disposal, have become a problem on Koh Samui. To reduce their use of plastics all straws and green bags used for garbage separation are biodegradable.

Forgot your toothbrush? That’s okay, you can request a biodegradable one from the resort.
